ASA events address current policy, regulatory, scientific, quality, and professional-practice questions. Every event page identifies the audience, format, date and time zone, faculty, disclosures, access, registration status, and terms.

Event participation
Participants follow ASA’s respectful-conduct, confidentiality, competition, recording, and security rules. In an open educational event, a speaker’s personal or company view is not automatically an ASA position. The event record should identify official ASA positions separately.
Registration and data
Registration collects only information needed for eligibility, access, payment, communication, accommodations, and program administration. Sponsor access to attendee data requires clear disclosure and any necessary choice before registration.
Sponsors and exhibitors
Commercial support is disclosed. Sponsors and exhibitors do not determine policy, scientific conclusions, award decisions, or unrelated editorial content. Exhibitor and sponsor materials remain their own communications.
Recordings and materials
An event page states whether recording is planned, who may access it, how long access lasts, and what use is permitted. ASA may withhold or edit a recording for privacy, rights, confidential information, material error, or policy reasons.
Completed events
Completed event pages may retain the agenda, faculty, disclosures, materials, recording access, and related resources. Registration prompts must be removed or replaced with the correct post-event action.
