Registry statuses
Active
The recognition is within its term and no status action currently limits it.
Under Review
ASA is assessing new information. This status is not a final adverse finding. The record states whether mark use may continue during review.
Suspended
Recognition and mark use are temporarily inactive pending the stated process or condition.
Expired
The recognition term ended without active renewal. The record remains for historical verification; the mark may not be used as current.
Withdrawn
The recipient voluntarily ended the recognition or application of the record. The page states the effective date and an appropriate explanation.
Revoked
ASA ended the recognition after the program process. The record states a proportionate basis and effective date.
What each record shows
- record ID;

- responsible legal entity;
- Market-Ready Formulation or Marketed Product track;
- category, if applicable;
- criteria version;
- recognition decision and expiry dates;
- concise basis of recognition;
- reviewed scope and material limitations;
- relevant connections or disclosures;

- mark-use verification.
Confidential formula details and application evidence do not appear in the public record.
Verify the scope
Recognition applies only to the exact record displayed. Similar names, flavors, sizes, private-label products, regional variants, later formulations, or company affiliates are not included unless the registry says so.
Recognition is not government approval, a therapeutic claim, a guarantee, a facility audit, or certification of every manufacturing lot.
Suspected misuse or inaccurate status
Report the URL or image, organization, product, location, date, and supporting evidence. ASA may preserve the record, contact the responsible party, correct the registry, review the recognition, restrict mark use, or refer a matter where appropriate.
