The directory helps visitors verify organizations that have a current public ASA membership record. Listings use member-supplied information that ASA verifies within the stated fields and maintains through member updates and status controls.
Search the directory
Search by organization name or filter by:
- membership category;
- business role;
- location or service region;
- ingredient, manufacturing, laboratory, retail, or service function where verified;
- public status date.
Search order should be neutral and should not rank members based on dues, sponsorship, advertising, or award status.
What a directory listing confirms
A current listing confirms that:
- the named entity holds the displayed ASA membership status as of the verification date;
- the public fields are associated with that member record;
- the member is subject to ASA’s Code and continuing requirements within the scope of membership.
What membership does not mean
Membership does not mean that ASA:
- approved or certified the member’s products, ingredients, facilities, services, claims, or personnel;
- audited the member’s compliance or quality system;
- guarantees safety, efficacy, performance, or lawful conduct;
- recommends the member over another organization;
- confirms that every affiliate, brand, or related entity is a member;
- awarded a NutraFormula recognition.

Member profile fields
An approved public profile may include:
- exact member legal or approved display name;
- membership category;
- business roles selected from controlled terms;
- verified website;
- headquarters city, state, and country;
- concise factual description;
- named brands or related entities only when the relationship and listing rights are verified;
- membership verification date;
- public contact route chosen by the member.
ASA does not publish unverified promotional claims, product health claims, customer endorsements, or private contacts.
Updates and concerns
Members must update material directory information. ASA may correct, restrict, or remove a listing when status changes or information cannot be verified. Absence from the public directory may reflect listing consent or publication status; contact ASA before drawing a conclusion.
