The Knowledge Center brings ASA’s public and member resources into one searchable system. Each record identifies its document type, audience, owner, date, status, sources, and access level so readers can distinguish an official position from analysis, guidance, education, or news.

Public and member resources
Public records communicate ASA positions, adopted governance, program rules, consumer information, and materials intended for broad use. Member resources can include time-sensitive analysis, working documents, implementation tools, meeting materials, and eligible recordings.
A lock label should explain the access requirement before a user follows the link. Restricted titles and snippets are not exposed unless approved.
How ASA maintains content
Substantive resources have an owner and review trigger. Material changes receive a version or correction record. Superseded material remains identifiable when users need the historical context. A recently edited page is not automatically a substantively updated resource.
Use and limitations
ASA materials provide general information for the stated audience. They do not replace advice based on a particular organization, product, facility, claim, contract, health condition, or jurisdiction. Read the record’s scope and sources before applying it.
