Authorized representatives of current ASA members can sign in to access resources and account functions available to their organization and role. Access is personal; do not share credentials or use another person’s account.
Portal functions
Depending on membership category and user role, the portal may provide:
- policy and regulatory alerts;
- member resources and recordings;
- committee rosters, calendars, agendas, and controlled records;
- issue consultations and action requests;
- event registration and attendance records;
- organization profile and directory preferences;
- representative and communication settings;
- annual Code reaffirmation and disclosures;
- membership and billing records available to authorized contacts;
- account and support requests.
The portal should display only features that are active and available to the signed-in user.
First-time access
An organization’s authorized primary contact assigns or approves representatives according to ASA rules. New users verify their email, create a strong credential, accept current terms, and complete any required role information. ASA may require multifactor authentication for sensitive roles.
Account responsibilities
Users must:
- provide accurate information;
- protect credentials and sign out on shared devices;
- use records only within their access and permitted purpose;
- avoid forwarding restricted material to unauthorized recipients;
- report suspected unauthorized access promptly;
- update role and contact information when it changes.
Access problems
Use account support for an invitation, locked account, changed employment, missing organization, or access that appears incorrect. Do not send passwords or authentication codes to ASA.
Privacy and security
Portal activity and records are handled according to ASA’s Privacy Policy, information-governance rules, and service terms. Access logs may be used to protect accounts, investigate incidents, and support audit requirements.
Member work outside the portal
Public positions, governance documents, consumer information, and public program criteria remain available without sign-in. The Knowledge Center identifies which resources require membership.
